ADOH, in partnership with Compliance Solutions, has developed two custom-designed LIHTC Compliance training sessions for 2010. Both include a highly requested "workshop" component. The Tucson training is being held October 18-19, 2010 and will focus on the everyday work of an on-site LIHTC professional. The Tucson training is recommended for Property Managers. Click here to get information on that training.

An added bonus is the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) examination on April 21 in Phoenix only (an exam prep session is available at an additional cost). See the table below for fees associated with the exam and prep session. There is no exam being given at the Tucson training in October.

Although managers with all levels of experience will benefit from the exam prep session, we suggest that only those with at least one year's experience take the exam. All of the testable areas for the HCCP exam will be discussed over Day 1 and Day 2 to help prepare attendees for the optional exam. Passing this exam is the first step in getting the nationally-recognized HCCP designation.


The 2010 Qualified Allocation Plan requires that Property Managers of Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects attend ADOH-sponsored compliance training annually and Property Owners attend once very five years. We recommend that Property Owners attend the Phoenix workshop.
