Application for Funding

The Arizona Department of Housing manages a variety of funding sources. For a basic explanation of how these funds are used and current activity, download a copy of the most current annual report. For more in-depth program information, go to Programs and Services.

ADOH funds local governmental entities, housing developers, social service agencies, tribal entities, public housing agencies, and other entities providing housing and housing related services to Arizona’s citizens. With the exception of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program operating in Yavapai County, ADOH does not directly operate housing programs accessible to the general public, but works through a myriad of partners to provide housing and services. We have included links to the Industrial Development Authorities for Maricopa County, the City of Phoenix, Pima County, and the City of Tucson. ADOH does not accept funding applications from individuals nor assist individuals directly with finding housing. We do maintain a variety of lists of service providers on this web site.
